Initiation à la Prévention Des Risques Psychosociaux - RPS Vannes
La formation Initiation à la prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS) Vannes est la référence pour sensibiliser le personnel aux enjeux liés au bien-être au travail et aux impacts des RPS sur la santé et la performance. À l’issue de cette formation, les stagiaires seront en mesure d’identifier les facteurs de risques psychosociaux, de comprendre leurs conséquences et de mettre en œuvre des actions concrètes de prévention adaptées aux situations rencontrées.
Objectif de la formation
Acquérir les connaissances essentielles et les compétences pratiques pour identifier, comprendre et prévenir les risques psychosociaux (RPS) au travail, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail équilibré, respectueux et propice à la santé et au bien-être des salariés.

Suivi :
Chaque participant signera par demi-journée une feuille d’émargement, signée également par le formateur.
Evaluation :
L’évaluation des acquis est réalisée en fin de formation sous la forme d’un QCM.
Cette formation fait l’objet d’une mesure de la satisfaction globale des stagiaires sur l’organisation et les conditions d’accueil, les qualités pédagogiques du formateur ainsi que les méthodes, moyens et supports utilisés.
Validation :
Remise d’une attestation individuelle de formation à l’issue de la formation.

Code du travail : Article R231-71
L’employeur prend les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la sécurité et protéger la santé physique et mentale des travailleurs. Sans préjudice des dispositions de l’article L. 231-3-1 et des décrets pris pour son application, l’employeur doit faire bénéficier les travailleurs dont l’activité comporte des manutentions manuelles : D’une information sur les risques qu’ils encourent lorsque les activités ne sont pas exécutées d’une manière techniquement correcte, en tenant compte des critères d’évaluation définis par l’arrêté prévu à l’article R. 231-68 ;
D’une formation adéquate à la sécurité relative à l’exécution de ces opérations ; au cours de cette formation, qui doit être essentiellement à caractère pratique, les travailleurs sont instruits sur les gestes et postures à adopter pour réaliser en sécurité les manutentions manuelles.
