La formation CSE volet SSCT ( Santé, Sécurité et Condition de Travail) St-Étienne permet de s’approprier les rôles et les missions des membres en prenant en compte les différents enjeux de l’entreprise, incluant les attentes des partenaires sociaux, les contraintes de la direction et le développement de la sécurité pour le personnel sur le terrain. Les outils amenés par le formateur permettent à chacun de construire des consensus allant dans le sens de la Santé et de la Sécurité au Travail. La dimension subjective et personnelle des stagiaires est prise en compte pour développer le potentiel de chacun et susciter la réflexion et l’appropriation des valeurs de la prévention.

Objectifs de la formation

– Comprendre le fonctionnement du CSE, identifier les missions, les moyens du CSE et ses commissions.
– Connaître le cadre réglementaire et maîtriser le champ des conditions de travail.
– Contribuer efficacement à l’amélioration de la santé-sécurité dans l’entreprise et s’inscrire dans une démarche de prévention des risques.

Réglementation

Code du travail : Article L2315-18

Les membres de la délégation du personnel du comité social et économique et le référent prévu au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2314-1 bénéficient de la formation nécessaire à l’exercice de leurs missions en matière de santé, de sécurité et de conditions de travail prévues au chapitre II du présent titre, dans des conditions déterminées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
La formation est d’une durée minimale de cinq jours lors du premier mandat des membres de la délégation du personnel.
En cas de renouvellement de ce mandat, la formation est d’une durée minimale :
1° De trois jours pour chaque membre de la délégation du personnel, quelle que soit la taille de l’entreprise ;
2° De cinq jours pour les membres de la commission santé, sécurité et conditions de travail dans les entreprises d’au moins trois cents salariés.
Sans préjudice des dispositions de l’article L. 2315-22-1, le financement de la formation prévue au premier alinéa du présent article est pris en charge par l’employeur dans des conditions prévues par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
