Formation MAC SST La Rochelle
La formation MAC SST La-Rochelle permet de réactiver les compétences des salariés formés comme sauveteurs secouristes du travail. Elle se base sur le retour d’expérience de chaque stagiaire, afin d’optimiser les pratiques et de se mettre à jour sur les compétences de secourisme et d’analyse de situation de travail. Le MAC SST est obligatoire tous les 24 mois pour conserver la validité du certificat.
Objectif de la formation
– Maintenir et actualiser ses compétences de SST définies dans le dernier référentiel national de l’INRS.
– Participer à l’amélioration de la sécurité en entreprise grâce au développement de la prévention.
– Etre capable d’intervenir efficacement face à une situation d’accident.
– Mettre en application dans le respect de l’organisation de l’entreprise et des procédures spécifiques, ses compétences en matière de prévention, au profit de la santé et de la sécurité au travail

Tout Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail (SST) souhaitant poursuivre sa mission au sein de l’entreprise.
Prérequis
Etre titulaire du certificat de Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail (SST) valide.

Pédagogie
Méthodes pédagogiques utilisées :
Interaction permanente entre les participants et le formateur
- Alternance d’apports théoriques et d’études de cas concrets
- Démonstration des gestes à effectuer.
- Mises en situations avec acquisition des gestes.
Moyens pédagogiques :
- Support formateur.
- Plan d'intervention SST et ressource documentaires INRS.
- Tête en coupe pour LVA.
- Mannequins adulte, enfant et nourrisson.
- Matériels divers pour la réalisation de simulation.
- Matériels d'entretien des mannequins et accessoires.
- Défibrillateur Automatisé Externe de formation (DAE).
- Livret de formation remis à chaque participant.
Encadrement :
Formateur qualifié en Sauvetage Secourisme du Travail, certifié par l'institut National de Recherche et de sécurité (INRS), à jour de sa formation continue.

Suivi :
Le délai pour la mise en place d'une formation est habituellement de 10 jours (en moyenne) .

Chaque participant signera par demi-journée une feuille d'émargement, signée également par le formateur.

Cette formation fait l’objet d’une mesure de la satisfaction globale des stagiaires sur l’organisation et les conditions d’accueil, les qualités pédagogiques du formateur ainsi que les méthodes, moyens et supports utilisés.
Validation :
Remise d’une attestation individuelle de formation à l'issue de la formation.
Certificat SST délivré dans les jours suivant la formation en cas de réussite.
Cette formation fait l'objet d'un recyclage (Maintien et Actualisations des Compétences) tous les 24 mois.
Enregistrement dans le Passeport de prévention
Cette formation fait l’objet d’un enregistrement dans le Passeport de prévention, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. L’organisme de formation procède à la déclaration des acquis à l’issue de la session.

– Faire le point sur les avancées individuelles et collectives
– Réactiver son potentiel d’action
– Agir en collaboration avec les autres acteurs
2/ POURSUIVRE L’EVALUATION DES RISQUES PROFESSIONNELS
– Revoir le processus d’apparition des risques professionnels
– Réviser les différents risques de son secteur professionnel
– Partager ses repérages de situations de travail à risques.
– Revoir les outils de recherche d’améliorations préventives
3/ REALISER UNE PROTECTION ADAPTEE ET EXAMINER LA VICTIME
– Identifier et supprimer le danger
– Les dégagements d’urgence
– Les différents messages d’alerte aux populations
– Déceler une urgence vitale
4/ ALERTER ET FAIRE ALERTER
– L’alerte en entreprise et en dehors
– La transmission de l’alerte

Code du travail : Article R4224-15
Un membre du personnel reçoit la formation de secouriste nécessaire pour donner les premiers secours en cas d’urgence dans :
1. Chaque atelier où sont accomplis des travaux dangereux ;
2. Chaque chantier employant vingt travailleurs au moins pendant plus de quinze jours où sont réalisés des travaux dangereux. Les travailleurs ainsi formés ne peuvent remplacer les infirmiers.

En l’absence d’infirmiers, ou lorsque leur nombre ne permet pas d’assurer une présence permanente, l’employeur prend, après avis du médecin du travail, les mesures nécessaires pour assurer les premiers secours aux accidentés et aux malades. Ces mesures qui sont prises en liaison notamment avec les services de secours d’urgence extérieurs à l’entreprise sont adaptées à la nature des risques.
Ces mesures sont consignées dans un document tenu à la disposition de l’inspecteur du travail.
