La formation SST Cahors est la formation réglementaire incontournable sur le secourisme et la prévention des risques en entreprise. Grâce à une immersion visuelle, sensorielle et pratique, les stagiaires obtiendront les compétences opérationnelles nécessaires pour porter secours à une personne en détresse et participer activement à la démarche de prévention au sein de l’entreprise.

Objectifs de la formation

– Préparer un diplôme SST validé par la Caisse Régionale d'Assurance Maladie conformément au programme de l'INRS.
– Participer à l'amélioration de la sécurité en entreprise grâce au développement de la prévention.
– Être capable d'intervenir efficacement face à une situation d'accident.
– Mettre en application dans le respect de l'organisation de l'entreprise et des procédures spécifiques, ses compétences en matière de prévention, au profit de la santé et de la sécurité au travail.

Le délai pour la mise en place d'une formation est habituellement de 10 jours (en moyenne).

Suivi :

Chaque participant signera une feuille d'émargement par demi-journée, également signée par le formateur.

Évaluation :

Évaluation formative durant la formation.
Grille de certification conforme au document de référence INRS.
Satisfaction mesurée en fin de session.

Validation :

Attestation individuelle et certificat SST en cas de réussite.
Recyclage obligatoire tous les 24 mois.

Enregistrement dans le Passeport de prévention

1/ SITUER LE CADRE RÉGLEMENTAIRE DE SON INTERVENTION
– Le rôle et les responsabilités du Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail
– Les conséquences humaines, financières et réglementaires des risques dans l’entreprise
– Les croyances et réalités entourant la santé et le travail

2/ INSCRIRE SES ACTIONS DANS LA DÉMARCHE DE PRÉVENTION
– Connaître son potentiel d’action dans la démarche de prévention de la structure
– Participer activement à la démarche de prévention
– Interagir efficacement avec les autres acteurs de la prévention

3/ PARTICIPER À L’ÉVALUATION DES RISQUES PROFESSIONNELS
– Le processus d’apparition des risques professionnels
– Cibler et identifier les différents risques de son secteur professionnel
– Repérer les situations à risques
– Identifier les composantes d’une situation de travail à risque
– Différencier les actions de prévention, de protection et de réparation
– Les outils de recherche d’améliorations préventives

4/ RÉALISER UNE PROTECTION ADAPTÉE ET EXAMINER LA VICTIME
– Identifier et supprimer le danger
– Les différents dégagements d’urgence
– La conduite à tenir en cas d’alerte aux populations et d’attentats
– Déceler une urgence vitale

5/ ALERTER ET FAIRE ALERTER

Réglementation

Code du travail : Article R4224-15

Un membre du personnel reçoit la formation de secouriste nécessaire pour donner les premiers secours en cas d’urgence dans :
1. Chaque atelier où sont accomplis des travaux dangereux ;
2. Chaque chantier employant vingt travailleurs au moins pendant plus de quinze jours où sont réalisés des travaux dangereux.
Les travailleurs ainsi formés ne peuvent remplacer les infirmiers.

En l’absence d’infirmiers, ou lorsque leur nombre ne permet pas d’assurer une présence permanente, l’employeur prend, après avis du médecin du travail, les mesures nécessaires pour assurer les premiers secours aux accidentés et aux malades.
Ces mesures qui sont prises en liaison notamment avec les services de secours d’urgence extérieurs à l’entreprise sont adaptées à la nature des risques.
Ces mesures sont consignées dans un document tenu à la disposition de l’inspecteur du travail.
